Imba Chair and Lounge
Designed by Frederica Capitani for Moroso’s M’Afrique collection, which celebrates the striking cheerfulness of Africa, its cultures, and its people, the Imba chair and lounge features a curved, energetic form adorned with vibrant colors that make it a spirited choice for lounging and conversing outdoors, cultured and unique.
The technique used for covering the chair makes use of two interwoven frame elements, leaving it light, semi-transparent, and extraordinarily beautiful. Made by hand by skilled artisans in Dakar, the weave is made in the manner African fishing nets are formed, leaving it robust and durable. With a waterproofed steel frame, ergonomic structure, and dazzling personality, the Imba is a true eye-catcher, replete with unrestrained ingenuity, unusual wit, and extraordinary design.
